Tender Description
Council has rooms available in the former Ranger’s Residence at Currawong Bush Park, and is seeking interest from suitable community groups for their use.
The residence comprises three rooms, which would be available for exclusive use during park opening hours, and shared use of kitchen and toilet facilities with the occasional hirers of the Conference Room which is under the same roof. Car parking is available in the two existing car parks, and will be shared with the general public, along with outdoor spaces surrounding the building.
The facilities are modest and would suit community groups requiring space for offices or small group meetings. Conservation and Environmental groups are considered the best fit for the setting.
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer. Faxed, emailed, hard copy tenders or verbal tenders will not be considered.
