Alice Springs Region - Areyonga - Government Employees Housing Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠The scope of works comprises of but not limited to refurbishing five (5) Government employee housing (GEH), assets in the Community of Areyonga for Lot numbers 55, 64, 65, 99 and Lot 100.

Refurbishments to be undertaken on the noted lots which will reflect an upgrade in line with the current GEH provisions.

A site inspection is preferred on the designated day to comprehend the scope of work and to minimise any inconvenience to the occupants of the buildings. The Principal will not be liable for any additional payments to the Contract price in respect of any unforseen work as a result of the Respondent’s failure to properly examine the Site.
