Tender Description
Redland City Council seeks a Principal Contractor to provide all materials, plant, labour and the performance of all operations necessary to upgrade the foreshore area at Coochiemudlo Island.
Works/Services include but are not limited to:
- Civil, building and concreting
- Soft and hard landscaping
- Asphalt turnaround facility
- Electrical
- Plumbing
Relevant certification and supply of RPEQ certified 'As Constructed' Drawings.

Pursuant to section 228 (7) in Part 3 (Default contracting procedures) of the Local Government 2012, before making a decision on the Tenders, the Redland City Council may invite all the persons who have submitted a tender to change their tender to take account of a change in the tender specifications.
