Tender Description
Request for Proposal for the Minor Facility Improvement and Operation of the Cafe. Roads and Maritime Services Office in Rozelle has for several years benefited from the commercial operation of a Cafe on site for its staff. Roads and Maritime Services wishes to change the Cafe offering to the provision of healthy-choice menu items with barista service and cold beverages.
Roads and Maritime Services staff to be housed at the Rozelle location will be approximately 200-250 people.
Roads and Maritime Services are also seeking expression of Interest for the upgrade of the leased area, including kitchen equipment, and the eating areas as defined in the scope of works.
Roads and Maritime Services wishes to enter into a lease agreement with a competent and enthusiastic tenant for the services above that is sustainable and of enduring mutual benefit.
All Proponents must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurements.
Onsite briefing and cafe inspection will be held at 3.00pm on 18 November 2015 at 33 James Craig Road, Rozelle. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming proposal.
