Auckland City Rail Link Enabling Works - Electrical and Comms

⁠⁠⁠The Downer and Soletanche Bachy joint venture invites Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably qualified and experienced contractors wishing to tender for the Auckland City Rail Link (CRL) - Enabling Works - Contract 1 (EWC1) Electrical and Comms Contract.

The scope of works broadly includes:
* Electrical and comms diversions required to enable the CPO building to be safely isolated and reinstatement at the end of the works;
* Demolition of existing electrical and comms not required for station operation;
* Maintaining existing station west electrical and comms served from the CPO north and south risers that are impacted by the isolation of the CPO building (relocation/diversion of existing);
* Maintaining existing station electrical and comms on B2 platform and B1 concourse level supplied from the main switch rooms (relocation/diversion of existing) or required for station operation;
* Staging the electrical and comms works to allow for the permanent works;
* New services to the temporary accommodation facilities (and ancillary structures);
* New services to suit the permanent works;
* Provision of system resilience (A+B supplies) where required;
* Isolation and decommissioning of electrical and comms to the temporary accommodation facilities;
* Integration of any new, relocated or diverted electrical and comms into the existing station east systems;
* Testing and commissioning of temporary and permanent works;
* Incorporation of any Value Engineering initiatives required by AT.
