Proposed Sale of Land or Airspace at 276 Barkly Street, Brunswick

⁠⁠⁠Invitation for Expression of Interest For the Sale of Land or Airspace at 276 Barkly Street, Brunswick Moreland City Council is seeking expressions of interest from Proponents to purchase either:

(1) the freehold Land, subject to a section 173 agreement in respect of the Council Car Park; or
(2) the Airspace above the Council Car Park,

for the purposes of developing the Site, subject to the terms and conditions of this Invitation.

Knight Frank Australia Pty Ltd have been appointed by Council as the sole agent to market this Expression of Interest (Stage 1).

In the first instance, the Proponent will direct all communications during the expression of interest process to Knight Frank Australia Pty Ltd.
