⁠⁠⁠As part of a competitive tender process, MTM invite you to submit a competitive fixed price lump sum Tender for the Cardinia Road Level Crossing Project in accordance with the attached Request for Tender pack (RFT).

The RFT pack is structured as follows:

3. Part B - Response Schedules
4. Part C -Scope of Works and Specifications
5. Part D -Form of Contract
6. Part E - Comparison to Australian Standards Contract - NOT USED

The key dates to note are as follows and as detailed in the attached RTF pack:
* Thursday 5 November 2015 - RFT issued
* Friday 6 November 2015 - The Tenderer must notify the RFT Administrator in writing whether or not the Tenderer will submit a Proposal.
* Mon 9 November 2015 - Site inspection schedule - details are below
* Friday 20 November 2015 - End of period for questions or requests for information from Tenderers
* COB Friday 27 November 2015 - Closing Date and Time for Proposal
* TBC - Anticipated tender award date

Queries, clarifications, questions and proposals should be submitted through the Metro E-Tendering Portal.

The aforementioned site visit will be between 13:00 and 16:00 on Monday 9 November. The meeting point shall be the Northwest corner of the station car park that is situated next to platform 1 on the South side of the station.
