James Cook University (JCU) has a requirement for a new data centre to be located on its Douglas Campus in Townsville, Queensland. This new data centre is intended to replace JCU's two existing data centres which are at "end of life" and be specifically designed as "modular" in its construction.
This Request for Tender (RFT) is issued for the following two components:
Component 1 - the acquisition and installation of a modular data centre and equipment; and
Component 2 - the external management solution for the modular data centre.
Tenderers can lodge a Tender for either or both Component 1 and Component 2. JCU will evaluate Tenders for Component 1 and Component 2 separately. JCU may select different Tenderers for each component of this RFT.
