Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to act as Council’s Aquatic Centre Primary Consultant for the Ashfield Aquatic Centre Redevelopment.
Council intends to advertise a Tender for the “Design and Construct” of the Ashfield Aquatic Centre Redevelopment. The Primary Consultant is to prepare appropriate documentation for the “Design and Construct” Tender.
The Primary Consultant will prepare developed sketch plans and the Development Application. They will prepare specifications for the EOI documentation and sit on the EOI evaluation panel. The Primary Consultant will prepare specifications for the selective tender documentation and sit on the tender evaluation panel. They will provide advice and verification that the detailed design and works undertaken by the Building Contractor are in accordance with the project documentation.
