The Council of the Municipality of Kiama ("Council") has resolved to call for tenders for the use of The Pavilion, Kiama ("The Pavilion") for weddings. The successful tenderer ("Contractor") will enter into a licence for the use of The Pavilion in accordance with the terms and conditions of the annexed document ("the Contract").
