Moreton Bay Regional Council. Consultancy Consortium - Planning and Engineering Services, Petrie Mill Site, Moreton Bay Region.
Moreton Bay Regional Council ('MBRC') is inviting suitably qualified consortiums of planning and engineering consultants ('Consortium') to participate in a Request for Proposal ('RFP') process in connection with the Petrie Mill Site ('the Site'). The successful Consortium will be responsible for developing an integrated Concept Plan, a Site Preparation and Infrastructure Plan and a Staging and Development Feasibility Plan for the Site.
The Concept Plan will include a University Precinct comprising comprehensive higher education and research facilities, and a range of other uses, with a view to creating a vibrant public realm.
