Local Roads Rehabilitation Program 2015/16

⁠⁠⁠The Buloke Shire Council invites experienced Contractors with a proven ability in road construction to submit Tenders for Contract No. C31 2015/16 – Local Roads Rehabilitation Program 2015/16 comprising

Birchip Berriwillock Road from Ch 2.320km to Ch 4.540km road reconstruction;
Warracknabeal Watchem Road from Ch 8.26km to Ch 9.163km road reconstruction; and
Birchip Corack Road Culvert Reconstruction.

Works under the contract include but are not limited to – Earthworks; pavement construction; bituminous surfacing; culvert construction; minor drainage and associated works.

Copies of the Tender Documents can be downloaded from the following links Volume 1 Volume 2 or alternatively Tender Documents are available from Council’s Wycheproof Office, 367 Broadway, Wycheproof, Vic. 3527, or by telephoning Council’s Senior Procurement Officer Ms Julie Briggs on 1300 520 520.

Tenders must be lodged by one of the following methods:

Method 1
Tenders must be submitted via Council’s e-tender (find link in above tenders online section) with uploads to be completed prior to the close of tenders at 2.00 pm AEDT Wednesday, 18th November 2015. Tenderers are entirely responsible to ensure that they allow sufficient time for their response to upload before the tender closing time;

or alternatively

Method 2
Tenders must be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope (exclusive of any company logos or similar identification), which is clearly marked “Tender for Contract No. C31 2015/16 – Local Roads Rehabilitation Program 2015/16” and deposited in the Tender Box which is located in the Customer Service reception area at the Buloke Shire Council Wycheproof Office 367 Broadway (PO Box 1), Wycheproof VIC 3527 not later than the close of tenders at 2.00 pm AEDT Wednesday, 18th November 2015.

E-mails, Facsimiles and Late Tenders will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
