The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking responses to deliver long term office accommodation for the Agency's new permanent National Office within Geelong, Victoria.

The Project requires the development of a permanent location in the Geelong City Centre which is preferably within walking distance of the Geelong Railway Station (15 minutes maximum walk in accordance with Google Maps) that will accommodate up to 400 NDIA staff plus office based contractors and supporting infrastructure.

This will require approximately 6,900 m² of office accommodation plus car parking for at least 50 vehicles, bicycle storage and staff change and end of trip amenities which are fully accessible for all persons, including those with a disability.

It is preferred that the proposed development be located close to additional public car parking.

The Project must meet the highest standards in accessibility for both visitors and staff. The Project must meet the National Construction Code 2015 (NCC), the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) 1992 and the NDIA Access Manual April 2015 to ensure the NDIA is exemplar in all areas of accessibility.
