Description: Byron Shire Council (Council) invites tenders for a contract with suitably qualified and experienced parties for the construction of earthworks, roadworks, drainage works, sewerage works, water supply works and infrastructure services for a residential subdivision at 70 – 90 Station Street, Mullumbimby. Details of the proposed contract and the assessment criteria requirements are set out in the Request for Tender documentation referred to below.
