Provision of Photographic Services to Hume City Council for Early Years Services

⁠⁠⁠Hume City Council is undertaking an Expression of Interest process to identify photographers interested in taking children’s photos across Council managed preschools and child care centres (Early Years Centres).

These photographs would be made available for purchase by parents as mementoes of their child’s participation in early year’s education with Hume City Council.

Selection criteria:
* Current working with children check
* Current police check
* Current, valid public liability insurance of a minimum of $20,000,000
* Professional and approachable staff
* Ability to liaise directly with parents for payments
* Competitive pricing
* Provision of 2 referees who can confirm the professionalism and quality of the service
