Tenders are invited for appointment of structural design consultant for design of Ivanhoe Community Learning Hub at 275 Upper Heidelberg Road, Ivanhoe.
The proposed hub will be located next to Banyule's iconic art deco Town Hall. The Centre Ivanhoe, which is already houses the former Heidelberg Town Hall, extensive community meeting spaces and reception facilities, is one of the best examples of art deco civic architecture in Australia.
