Gold Coast Hospital and Health Services is seeking Proposals for the refurbishment of the Emergency Department at Robina Hospital.
This includes modifying the Emergency Department to provide additional use and functionality as detailed by accompanying architectural and engineering drawings.
Services specifications include:
* Architectural requirements and specifications
* Mechanical
* Electrical
* Hydraulic
* Room data sheets
* GCHHS house rules for building contractors.
All drawings and specifications are provided to ensure that comprehensive tenders can be developed.
The successful tenderer will be engaged using the Department of Housing and Public Works’ Medium Works suite of documents.
