FOR SALE BY TENDER - 67,109 Statutory Fishing Rights (SFRs) of Southern Bluefin Tuna quota.The allocation for the 2015 season is 71.41 tonne (caught).The 2016 season quota will be allocated on 1st December 2015.

The SFRs are offered for sale by Melbourne Shipbrokers on behalf of the Vendor by way of a confidential closed tender for all of the SFRs.

All offers received will be assessed on an individual basis and will be assessed on the suitability of the price and terms offered by the buyer.

The Vendor is not under any obligation to accept any offer and is entitled to accept a suitable offer prior to the tender closing date.

If an offer is not accepted by the Vendor - the Vendor via their agent Melbourne Shipbrokers may determine to further negotiate the offer to purchase with the buyer and can do so by pre-arranged meeting with the buyer or the buyers representative.

The closing time for all offers is 5pm Friday 6th November 2015.
