Litter & Debris Collection in South West Region

Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) is inviting suitable organisations to submit tenders for the Litter & Debris Collection in South West Region.

This contract is for the collection of litter and debris within the Roads and Maritime Services Hume District. Hume District Office encompasses the Hume Highway from Menangle Bridge to Albury, Federal Highway, Barton Highway and Sturt Highway.

This is a Work-As-Ordered contract based on Schedule of Rates. The Offer Term is for a period of 24 months. The RMS, at its absolute discretion, may consider an extension to the Offer Term for a period of up to 18 months, subject to an agreement with the Contractor.

This is a State funded project.

All Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement and must be an acceptable legal entity.

Organisations seeking to submit a Tender must have:
* Demonstrated previous experience in maintaining similar type facilities;
* Demonstrated capability in delivery of works of similar value;
* Demonstrated financial capacity / soundness to undertake the work;
* Suitable personnel, plant, equipment and subcontractors; and
* Other requirements as detailed in RFT;

Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming tender. A Pre-tender meeting for this contract will be held at 10:30am on Wednesday, 4 November 2015 at Goulburn Soldiers Club which is located at 15 Market St, Goulburn.

Tenderers shall confirm their attendance at the pre-tender meeting by Friday, 30 October 2015 to the email address Ibrahim.Helmy@rms.nsw.gov.au with subject heading stating “Pre-Tender Meeting Attendance Confirmation – RMS.15.2264.1825”.
