Tender Description
Tenders are sought from suitably qualified organisations for the purpose of providing Fire Extinguisher Hire for the Clipsal 500 Adelaide 2016 and continuing until the 2018 Event, subject to satisfactory performance.
The scope of work will include, but is not limited to, the following as detailed in the Request for Tender document:
* Supply and hire of portable fire extinguishers of varying sizes and specifications (commencing December 2015).
* Transportation, installation to relevant standards & codes, maintenance and removal of all supplied portable fire extinguishers.
* Event standby to rectify any fire extinguisher issues, and undertake recharging of extinguishers used throughout the Event for track operations and otherwise.
* Supply spare fire extinguishers in a locakble enclosure.
