Lindfield Reinstatement Willoughby Section Packages 2 & 3

⁠⁠⁠Ausgrid invites the lodgement of tenders in accordance with these RFT documents to companies capable of permanently reinstating approximately 20,340 m2 of roads after Ausgrid electricity works. The works are in two parts which may be awarded in total to one contractor or in two separate parts to individual contractors.

The Contractor is required to provide holistic services including but not limited to:

Section A/ mix design, supply of plant labour and materials to slab restoration of approximately 3567 m2 of concrete roadway, including kerb and guttering and associated works, and/or

Section B/ mix design, supply of plant labour and materials to mill and pave approximately 16,772.5 m2 of asphalt roads, including kerb and guttering and associated works.

The tender may be awarded in total to one contractor, or in two separate severable parts to two contractors who will each operate as Principal Contractor for the relevant section.

Pre-Tender Meeting
A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at Chatswood depot:

All prospective respondents must attend this meeting.

A maximum of two representatives from each company can be accommodated and prospective respondents must register their intention to attend the pre-tender meeting by emailing Troy.Cocks@ausgrid.com by Close of Business Friday 23/10/2015.

Please note that all personnel attending any site inspections must as a minimum be wearing:
long sleeves, (closed front, gusseted sleeve cotton chambray or cotton drill) compliant with -AS/NZS -4501. Any synthetic material must match the flame retardant standards of AS 1249
* Long pants, or overalls (heavy weight or lightweight cotton drill)
* Safety footwear, compliant with AS/NZS 2210.1:2010
* A high visibility vest or overalls (heavy weight or lightweight cotton drill)
* Must have safety eyewear, compliant with AS/NZS 1337.1 and gloves on their person.
