Tender Description
Port Stephens Council is seeking to engage suitably experienced and qualified professionals to deliver its Leadership Development Program (LDP).
The key components of the LDP should include:
Leadership
Goal Setting
Leading change and building resilience
Personality profiling
Coaching
Health and wellbeing
Stress management techniques
Other relevant topics related to creating a positive, supportive and enabling work culture.
It is preferred that the provider quote for the delivery of the entire LDP; however providers may also quote on the individual components as specified above. This request will be for a period of three years with a two year option.
