Expressions of Interest The Art Gallery of Ballarat Board of Directors is seeking expressions of interest from experienced food retail operators who can demonstrate a proven track record in delivering a high standard of food and beverage services to sub-licence a space at the Gallery for use as a cafe. The building at 40 Lydiard Street North, Ballarat, in which the café premises and the Gallery are located, is owned by the City of Ballarat.

Responses must be in writing, using the Expression of Interest Form, which is available from the Art Gallery website, www.artgalleryofballarat.com.au.

All submissions must be clearly marked "EOI - Cafe at Art Gallery of Ballarat", and must be signed and dated, and lodged before 5pm on Friday 30 October 2015.
