Tender Description
Contractors are invited to tender for the construction of the Bundaberg Multiplex complex. Tenders endorsed “TEN/0044” will be received at LG Tender Box up to 2.00 pm Tuesday 17 November 2015.
Documents may be obtained from the LG Tender Box website: www.lgtenderbox.com.au.
All enquiries regarding the Tenders are to be directed to Mr Jim Whittaker via the LG Tender Box online forum.
Council reserves the right to invite Tenderers to change their Tender in accordance with the Local Government Act 2009 and Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. The lowest cost or any Tender may not be accepted.
Council shall not be bound to communicate and/or advertise the value of submissions of any Tenderer during public openings. Council shall notify attendees at the public opening of the name of the Company and the address of the registered office of the Company that have tendered for the respective Contract.
