Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Hunter Valley Care has been a quality provider of Aged Care in the Hunter Valley for over 30 years. Hunter Valley Care currently operate four Aged Care Facilities and one Retirement Village.

Marmong Waters Retirement Village is a new development located at 24 Park Parade Booragul NSW 2284. The village will house 162 Independent Living Units, Community Centre, Gymnasium and enclosed Pool, Maintenance and Activities sheds.

Civil works have commenced on site and tenders are being sought for the construction of the first 10 units.

Scope of work to be undertaken in this RFQ includes:
* Construction of 5 two storey buildings containing 10 Independent Living Units

The closing Date and time are: 4.00 pm 13 November 2015.
