Customs House Lift Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the design and construct for the upgrade to the two (2) passenger lifts and one (1) goods lift at Customs House.

The tenderer will be required to design and construct works as per the tender documents. All works must be to Australian Standards, relevant Codes and applicable legislation.

Tenderers must have previous experience of upgrading and replacing lifts within heritage sites and fully operational commercial buildings.
Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability for completing the project within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized projects and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.
