* Preparation of Design Option Study (DOS) report, Preliminary Sketch Plans (PSP), identification of priority works and cost estimates
* Preparation of Final Sketch Plans (FSP) for the priority works, suitable for Design Acceptance and development approval, priority works and schedule of rates
* Document Readiness (DR) - detailed construction drawings and construction tender documents; and
* All relevant administration.
