Hort Innovation are seeking a suitably experienced and qualified firm (respondent) to undertake the 2015–2018 nursery and garden industry communications project. In providing a response to this proposal, respondents must take into account the recommendations and feedback from the review of the current project.
The objectives of the services are to help Hort Innovation and the Australian nursery industry to:
* Provide information and knowledge on industry updates, events and R&D to growers articulating the return on investment from the nursery industry levy
* Facilitate the adoption of R&D by Australian nursery businesses
* Increase the reach of the nursery industry R&D program by engaging stakeholders in the nursery value chain
* Inform primary and secondary stakeholders about current issues relevant to industry such as biosecurity and the 202020 Vision (202020vision.com.au)
* Provide primary and secondary stakeholders and the broader community with information on the benefits that the industry delivers (i.e. the community benefits of green space linking to the 202020 Vision).
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides the background, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties.
