Sewer Relining, CCTV and Pressure Cleaning 3 Year Term

⁠⁠⁠NEW is seeking responses to this Request for Tender for suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Pressure Cleaning and Sewer main Relining Services that will be offered in separate or combined contracts for a contract term of three (3) years. NEW has an annual sewer main relining budget of approximately $1,000,000 per year and this budget is reviewed twice annually. The number of sewer main services required could either increase or decrease and is dependent on budgets and or the operational requirements of NEW.

The contract will take the form of both NEW and contractors entering into a partnering approach in the form of a Service Level Contract. Under such an arrangement the contractors shall provide ongoing one or more of the following sewer main relining, pressure cleaning and CCTV services to NEW on an, as and when required basis at NEW’s absolute discretion. The appointed contractors will be engaged to complete specific Work Package Plans over the three (3) year term. By mutual agreement the contracts may be extended for a period beyond the stated three (3) year term. Contractors have the choice of one or more of the three services required depending on their plant and resources.
