Subsea EPCI - Provision of Offshore Vessels

⁠⁠⁠Woodside is tendering for the supply of subsea materials and installation services for Greater Enfield project on EPCI basis. Upon award of this EPCI contract, the selected tenderer will become a Procurement Entity for Greater Enfield project.

This package relates to materials or services that will be required by the selected Procurement Entity in order for it to provide its services to Woodside.

Woodside will advise its potential Procurement Entities of Australian suppliers with capability to provide the scope described within the package below. Any subsequent contract(s) are expected to be awarded by the selected Procurement Entity.

The scope of supply for this Package includes:
* Provision of Offshore Supply Vessels to support primary installation vessels with victualling and bunkering.
* Provision of tugs and barges to transport materials between the Procurement Entity’s offshore supply base, its primary installation vessel, the site of the offshore work and the local fabrication facilities.
* Possible provision of an Anchor Handling Tug or ROV Support Vessel for construction support duties.
* Possible provision of vessel management services to support Procurement Entity’s offshore work on construction vessels supplied by the Procurement Entity on a bareboat or minimal support crew basis. This may include:
  * Provision of vessel marine and construction crew for operations on the North West Shelf of Australia.
  * Onshore vessel crew management services such as employee relations management, competency and training and travel.
* Vessel marine operations management services including logistics
* Offshore work is expected to occur in 2018 and 2019.
