Tender Description
The purpose of this contract is to ensure that Council Staff or any visitors, customers or elected members, have a clean, healthy and professional environment in which to carry out Council business.
This Contract shall be valid until the 18 January 2016 and shall not commence until the Formal Instrument of Agreement is executed by both parties.
The Works and the extent of work to be carried out shall be all as set out and/or described in the Contract.
