Provision of Debtor Recovery and Management Services

⁠⁠⁠The contract for the provision of debtor recovery, management and reporting services is for a period of three years from the date of acceptance of tender, with an option of one extension for up to a further two years at Council's discretion.
The contract provides for a debtor recovery, management and reporting service to Council including:
* Recovery and management of property rates arrears
* Regulatory expense recovery from Council giving effect to notices of compliance
* Account recovery for the provision of kindergarten services
* Footpath re-instatement expense recovery
* Infringement notice recovery
* Court ordered / awarded costs and penalties recovery
* Debtor profiling and reporting services.
