Tender Description
Carry out the upgrade for two (2) passenger lifts located at 31 Station Street Newtown including:
Replace the equipment and components.
Test the lift system as required by the relevant Standards and Codes and this specification.
Remove all replaced lift equipment and materials from site.
Provide operational maintenance for 12 months after the completion of all the Upgrade work for two lifts at the above building.
