Tender Description
Carry out the upgrade for four (4) passenger lifts located in the Northcott Building, 40 Belvoir Street Surry Hills including:
Replace the equipment and components.
Test the lift system as required by the relevant Standards and Codes and this specification.
Remove all replaced lift equipment and materials from site.
Provide operational maintenance for 12 months after the completion of all the Upgrade work for two lifts at each of the above buildings.
