Mechanical Plant Room Boiler & Chiller Replacement for 343 George Street

⁠⁠⁠The Council of the City of Sydney (Council) invites tenders for the carrying out of the Design and Construction for Boiler and Chiller Upgrade at 343 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, in accordance with this request for tender.

343 George Street is one of Sydney's heritage landmark buildings completed in 1925 as the Headquarters for the Commercial Banking Company in Sydney. This high quality landmark commercial building is in Sydney's CBD and is one of the properties forming the western boundary to the prestigious Martin Place, the building is comprised of ground floor retail and 10 floors of office space.

The boilers and chillers at 343 George Street are at the end of their life and require replacement. Energy efficiency must be considered as this is an important part of City Of Sydney's 2030 sustainability visions.
