Request for Expressions of Interest – Deloraine Outline Development Plan

⁠⁠⁠Council is currently undertaking drainage improvements on Dunorlan Road between Elmers Road and Bengeo Road intersection. This work will be followed by minor road pavement widening, strengthening and sealing.

The travelling public is advised that due to site onstraints the traffic flow on Dunorlan Road may experience delays of up to 15 minutes at times during the course of this work being completed.

It is expected that delays will occur from Monday 12 October to Wednesday 28 October 2015 but should only be experienced Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm.

Road users are requested to drive with caution and comply with all traffic controls, including the reduced speed limit that will be in place.

Council apologises for any inconvenience caused.

Request for Expressions of Interest – Deloraine Outline Development Plan

Expressions of Interest are invited for the supply of the following service to Council during the 2015/2016 financial year: delivery of an Outline Development Plan in Deloraine, Northern Tasmania.

Documentation is available on Council’s website at www.meander.tas.gov.au and from Council’s Westbury Office. Interested consultants should also refer to the ‘Request for Expressions of Interest’ for additional information.

Outline Development Plan enquiries are to be directed to Council’s Project Officer, Mr Craig Plaisted on 6393 5324.

Submissions close at 5.00pm on Friday 23 October 2015 and are to be submitted marked ‘Attention Craig Plaisted – Deloraine ODP EOI’ in a sealed envelope to the Westbury Office, 26 Lyall Street, Westbury, 7303 or via email to mail@mvc.tas.gov.au.
