Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The proposed works involve the demolition of existing redundant laboratory spaces on level 2 of the Mt Pleasant Laboratories at Mt Pleasant, Prospect. The works will provide new office accommodation for two groups. Works include demolition and construction of partitions to form new office spaces. In addition, the works include altered or new hydraulic, electrical, mechanical services, painting, joinery ad associated building works.
