Request for Tender in Relation to Cleaning Services

⁠⁠⁠The Attorney-General's Department (the Department) invites interested parties (tenderers) to submit tenders to provide the cleaning services (Services) set out, or referred to, in this RFT and the Draft Contract.

The buildings to be covered by the Services are:
1. 3-5 National Circuit Barton, ACT   19,500 sq metres
2. 24 Wormald St, Symonston ACT   3,200 sq metres
3. 71 State Circle, Yarralumla ACT    300 sq metres
4. UCIC, University Drive, Bruce, ACT  582 sq metres

The following additional premises may be added on expiry of the existing contracts for those premises in October 2016:
4 National Circuit - Levels 1, 2 and part 3 comprising 8,000 sq metres
4 National Circuit - Levels 4 & 5 comprising 6,342 sq metres
