Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders to ensure Council can make an informed decision on whether to enter in to a contract for the lease of Council’s Gympie Airport.
Council is proposing to enter into arrangements to grant a leasehold interest in the Gympie Airport for minimum term of thirty years. The proposal envisaged will require the successful tenderer to develop and operate the airport during the term of the lease and to be solely responsible for operating, maintaining and improving the site.
