EOI opportunities for vacant land and vacant building - Old Girl Guides Hut - Tannum Sands

Gladstone Regional Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from community not-for-profit organisations interested in leasing a building in Tannum Sands and vacant land at Boyne Island.

This opportunity relates to the old Girl Guides Hut located at Canoe Point Road, Tannum Sands.

Scope

The premises comprises:

• An open-plan hall area
• An adjoining kitchenette
• A storage room
• Two separate toilet facilities
• A fully fenced outdoor area

Eligibility

• Open to community not-for-profit organisations

Instructions to Respondents

• EOI period: Monday 6 July until 4pm Friday, 31 July 2026

Interested organisations are encouraged to email community.leasing@gladstone.qld.gov.au to request an EOI Information Pack.

The pack contains important information about the process, including a link to an online form used to submit the application.

Evaluation of applications will be conducted against predetermined evaluation criteria and within Council's governance and probity framework.
