⁠⁠⁠Gladstone Regional Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from community not-for-profits organisations interested in leasing a building in Tannum Sands and vacant land at Boyne Island.

Old Girl Guides Hut - Tannum Sands

Gladstone Regional Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from community not-for-profit organisations interested in leasing the old Girl Guides Hut located at Canoe Point Road, Tannum Sands.

The premises comprises an open-plan hall area with an adjoining kitchenette, a storage room, two separate toilet facilities, and a fully fenced outdoor area.

The EOI period will run from Monday 6 July until 4pm Friday, 31 July 2026.

Interested organisations are encouraged to email community.leasing@gladstone.qld.gov.au to request an EOI Information Pack.

The pack contains important information about the process, including a link to an online form used to submit the application.

Evaluation of applications will be conducted against predetermined evaluation criteria and within Council’s governance and probity framework.
