Tender Description
The Hills Shire Council is seeking QUOTATIONS from qualified organisations for the following:
A Preliminary Service Review to identify the visible and hidden costs associated with delivering front line customer services and associated high volume back office administration.
The council would also like the successful provider to identify, where appropriate, opportunities for THSC to achieve targeted cost efficiencies whilst simultaneously enhancing service delivery.
