CT000202 is a construction contract to undertake the extension and refurbishment of the existing Cranbourne Indoor Leisure Centre, (Terry Vickerman Building), located at 65 Berwick-Cranbourne Rd, Cranbourne East, 3977.
The overall vision of the project is to provide a high quality 10 court basketball / netball stadium (note 5 courts existing), complete with all associated ancillary and management facilities, to service the current needs and future growth of these sports.
The scope of works includes the partial and targeted demolition of the existing building and the construction of an extension of approximately 5480m2.
An on-site inspection will be held on Wednesday, 14th October at 10.30am.
