SunWater is seeking Offers for Central Housing Upgrade/Maintain project for House 1 - Wuruma Dam (BW) and House 4 - Boondooma Dam (BW).
The Contractor shall be responsible for the entire works at the premises may include, but is not limited to building, plumbing, cabinetry, plastering, painting, floor covering and some structural re-stumping under this contract.
SunWater requires an experienced, QBCC (formerly QBSA) licenced building service manager or project manager to undertake a project including two components as follows:
a) Central Housing Upgrade - Boondooma Dam
To undertake upgrade and refurbishment Works at 1 residential Premises located within the grounds of the Boondooma Dam facility. The Works at the Premises may include, but is not limited to building, plumbing, cabinetry, plastering, painting, and floor covering.
b) Central Housing Upgrade - Wuruma Dam
To undertake upgrade and refurbishment Works at 1 residential Premises located within the grounds of the Wuruma Dam facility. The Works at the Premises may include, but is not limited to building, plumbing, cabinetry, plastering, painting, floor covering and some structural restumping.
The general scope of services required to be carried out for this project is specifically discussed in SunWater Scope of Works). Detailed requirements will be confirmed following the Site Inspection. The Contractor is to supply everything necessary for the proper completion of the Works.
The successful Offeror will be appointed by SunWater as the Principal Contractor at the Site.
