Tender Description
The scope of this RFT includes the provision of language services within Participating Courts and Tribunals, performed either face-to-face or remotely (e.g. via phone or video conferencing equipment), to assist recipients and Participating Courts and Tribunals personnel in communicating and comprehending information in English and in Languages Other Than English (LOTE) (spoken and/or written, and including Auslan interpreting).
There is a preference for a sole supplier to manage all language services within Participating Courts and Tribunals, however, multiple suppliers may be awarded a position on a panel depending on the range of services offered and any sole supplier discounts.
