Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to act as Council’s Aquatic Centre Project Manager for the Ashfield Aquatic Centre Redevelopment.
The Aquatic Centre Project Manager is the key professional adviser on the project, whose role it is to implement the relevant decisions of Council. The Aquatic Centre Project Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day management and delivery of the Aquatic Centre Redevelopment project.
The Aquatic Centre Project Manager appointed must have the appropriate qualifications and extensive experience in the delivery of capital works and/ or building projects. The nominated Aquatic Centre Project Manager must have experience specifically in Aquatic Centre redevelopments.
