Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified Contractors for the upgrade of the public domain in Berry Street, North Sydney. Works are to include the reconstruction of approx. 550 metres of granite kerb and concrete gutter, 1700m2 of granite footpath paving, drainage pit reconstruction, tree planting, street furniture, landscaping and other associated works.
Documents can be downloaded for free at (see option below), Tuesday 22 September 2015. Alternatively, documents can be purchased from Council's Customer Service Counter for $300.
A Pre-Tender meeting will be held on Tuesday 6th October 2015, commencing at 11:00am at North Sydney Council in the Geddes room.
Tenders will close at 4:00pm, Thursday 22 October 2015.
