Werribee City Centre Commercial Property Advisor - 2015

⁠⁠⁠Wyndham City Council (Wyndham City) is seeking the assistance of a suitably qualified and experienced Commercial Property Advisor, to assist and advise in securing development agreements with the aim of achieving landmark development objectives for three large Wyndham City-owned sites in the Werribee City Centre. The Commercial Property Advisor is to assist and advise Wyndham City through the tendering process. Currently council proposes 2 (two) options for the tendering process.

Option 1:
To assist council in preparing and running an expression of interest (EOI) process, request for proposals process (RFP), and Best and Final Offer process (B&FO) for the sites, with the objective of negotiating and achieving development partnerships with private developers.

Option 2:
Commercial Property Advisor is to undertake an expression of interest (EOI) process, request for proposal process (RFP) and Best and Final Offer process (B&FO) for the sites, with the objective of negotiating and achieving development partnerships with private developers. This process will be in collaboration with council, a probity officer and legal advisor.
