Supply of Pumps for SPS-CAL001 Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠This contract is for the supply of three pumps for the SPS-CAL001 Sewage Pump Station which is to be upgraded as part of the Caloundra Sewage Transport System.

The SPS-CAL001 delivers into a common rising main that extends to the Kawana Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). This main receives inflow from five other pump stations, including the proposed LMT002 ‘high lift’.

SPS-CAL001 is a convention wet well pump station with a 4.0 m diameter well with covered openings over each pump. Pumps within this station are to be replaced with higher head capacity units.

The new pumps are to be installed on the existing pump guide system and pedestals. The existing pump discharge diameter is DN200.

Pumps within the station will be operated in a duty / assist configuration. An additional pump will be kept as a spare.

This contract includes the design, documentation, testing, supply, delivery to site and on-site commissioning assistance of pumps for the SPS-CAL001 pump station upgrade.
