Tender Description
The Insurance Commission of Western Australia is the owner of Westralia Square, an 18 level office tower situated at 141 St Georges Terrace, Perth.
The Insurance Commission of Western Australia intends to contract the services of a suitably qualified, experienced and licensed building contractor to undertake toilet refurbishment works on Levels 5 and 6 of the Site.
The requirements for the works are specified within this Request document including Schedule 2 - Specification / Statement of Requirements
