Tender Description
Tenders closing at 2.00pm on Monday 05 October 2015 are invited for the purchase of industrial land in Quilpie.
Allotments are serviced with a bitumen road, water supply and telecommunications infrastructure. Allotments have internal road access to the Diamantina Development Road and will also have access to the Quilpie Thargomindah Road when stage two is constructed.
Eight allotments are available ranging in size from 1.98Ha to 2.18Ha.
